Knowing your "why" is a powerful motivator that can drive you to achieve anything. One of my greatest strengths has always been my ability to remain focused on my goals while staying grounded in my roots and the people who have supported me. As a first-generation American, I have been incredibly fortunate to have been given amazing opportunities that have helped me pursue my athletic aspirations. This would not have been possible without the unwavering support and sacrifices made by my parents, who were determined to provide me with the best possible tools for success. That’s why my logo features a trident, symbolizing my Barbadian heritage. These spikes contain a bold blue and yellow combination representing my roots and a touch of orange as a nod to my affiliation with the Gator Nation. I am immensely grateful to my parents, family, and the Rock for their unwavering support and for helping me exceed my wildest dreams.
